In the past, the core technology of special glass fiber has been monopolized by foreign giants for a long time. At the Science and Technology Award Conference held on September 22, CQGJ's "High-performance Special Glass Fiber and Key Technology Innovation and Industrialization of Green Manufacturing" won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award.

"We have developed a series of special glass fibers that have reached the international advanced level and can be produced on a large scale." The person in charge of the lead unit of the CQGJ project introduced, such as low dielectric glass fibers with a dielectric constant of less than 4.6 and a dielectric loss of less than 0.001. Has realized the world's largest commercial production. At the same time, it also overcomes the difficult and unstable quality of special-shaped special glass fiber production. It is the first in China to realize the stable production of high-performance special glass fiber with special-shaped ratio of 1:3 and 1:4. The maximum filling of special-shaped fiber can reach 70. %, filling the domestic gap.

Focusing on related research results, the CQGJ project team has obtained 28 authorized invention patents and 11 other intellectual property rights. It has developed a series of special glass fibers with the largest variety in the world, with a domestic market share of more than 30%. Fortune 500 companies have launched cooperation.

As China's largest special glass fiber R&D and production base, it plans to build 7 special glass fiber production lines. It is estimated that after all construction is completed in 2022, it can achieve an annual sales income of 600 million yuan.
