The ultra-wear-resistant nano-functional coating is used for the surface preparation of the tension-straightening roller, which can increase the steel-passing volume of the tension-straightening roller from 10,000 tons to 300,000 tons at a time." This undoubtedly greatly saves the manufacturer. The production cost of this product has also effectively reduced the consumption of resources and energy. This technology fills a gap in professional fields at home and abroad, and currently has mature applications in Baosteel and other domestic steel plants. "In addition, we have also achieved very good results in terms of anti-cavitation corrosion and marine biological adhesion materials for ship propellers, which have been highly recognized by customers."
