The new R&D center of the company has been officially opened, and the new R&D center has purchased several world leading R&D and testing facilities to improve the R&D level of the company's silicon carbide products.
The company's silicon carbide production process is derived from the State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, the Scientific and Technological Cooperation and Achievement Transformation Center of Wuhan University of Technology, and the Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials of AVIC.
The company is mainly committed to R&D and production of high-performance silicon nitride ceramic structures, silicon carbide bearing balls and silicon nitride substrates for third-generation IGBT chips.
