After more than 20 years of scientific and technological innovation and development, SXXL Titanium Material Technology Group now has a large-scale group company with an annual output of 3,500 tons of molten-cast titanium alloy materials and 25,000 tons of precision forging parts.
The company is mainly engaged in R&D and manufacturing of titanium, nickel, zirconium and their alloys and metal composite materials.
The main products and services are:
1. Ingots, forging billets, plates, strips, foils, rods, wires, seamless pipes, welded pipes, pipes, pipe fittings, standard parts, non-standard equipment, forgings of titanium, nickel, zirconium, tantalum, niobium and their alloys ( Tube sheet, flange, ring, gear, etc.);
2. Various layered heterogeneous metal composite materials and their deep-processed products (head, tube sheet, lifting lugs, transition joints, conductive rods, etc.);
3. Titanium alloy complex shape precision forging, upsetting, punching, reaming, horse bar reaming, mandrel lengthening, twisting, bending, shifting, chopping and other free forging of large single heavy metal materials within 40 tons/unit.
