He said that in the new year, the new production line will start production again.


It is understood that on September 25, 2021, GZAD China's first intelligent ring forging production line has started trial operation. From raw material input to component output, the production line has four major advantages, including digital process design, intelligent And visual operation, CNC equipment operation, etc. This production line can be compatible with the production of thousands of products, realize flexible manufacturing, and play a positive role in product cost controllability, product quality stability and consistency, and a substantial increase in production capacity. Since the beginning of the year, orders of more than 50 million yuan have been stepped up production.


"The construction of the second-phase heat treatment production line has already been completed, and the production line equipment is already in transit." Yang Jin told the Hay Think team that the second-phase project and the first-phase intelligent forging process have been seamlessly connected, which can reduce the production process of the product. At the same time, the second-phase heat treatment project can realize various heat treatment processes for common aerospace materials, mainly used for the production of large quantities of superalloy and titanium alloy forgings, taking into account the production of high value-added steel forgings; mainly ring forgings and taking into account Disk die forgings, product materials include stainless steel, nickel-based superalloys, iron-based superalloys and titanium alloys.

"There is a 1,500-ton ring rolling machine and a 10,000-ton press here." Yang Jin said that the third phase of the large-scale ring equipment production line project and the second phase of the heat treatment production line equipment began to be carried out simultaneously. The ring rolling machine equipment for the third phase of the project, which is planned to invest 340 million yuan, will arrive at the industrial park site in 2023. It will be a ring rolling machine dedicated to aerospace forgings. At present, the entire project construction is closely centered on market trends, product technical requirements, and product batch characteristics, introducing various resources from the government, industry, and society to create a high-end forging intelligent manufacturing platform, and comprehensively promote the construction of a modern standard aviation forging industrial park.
