The permanent stainless steel cathode plate was introduced into China in 2002 by the domestic introduction of ISA electrolysis technology. In 2003, Sanyou Company began to develop permanent stainless steel cathode plates. It was successfully developed in 2005 and has independent intellectual property rights. In 2010, the product passed the provincial new product appraisal and won the Provincial Excellent New Product Award in 2012.
The copper-clad steel cathode plate, the stainless steel plate and the hollow steel pipe are welded, and then a layer of copper is compounded on the outside of the conductive rod. The cathode plate has excellent electrical properties and is suitable for working in an environment with less acid mist.
The steel-clad copper cathode plate and the steel-clad copper conductive rod are milled to remove the contact areas at both ends, and then the stainless steel plate is welded to the steel-clad copper conductive rod. The cathode plate has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for working in environments with large acid fog.
