In 2018, BOE cooperated with SDGJ to jointly carry out innovative research and development of point source. After two years, it finally successfully developed a new type of ceramic point source product for the production of OLED panels. The equipment upgrade provides a brand-new solution, which realizes the independent control of the key components of major equipment.

The new ceramic point source developed by SDGJ adopts the industry's first composite ceramic heating technology, which can effectively solve the industry bottleneck of unstable rate and volatilization short-circuit in the evaporation process; at the same time, the point source has good temperature uniformity, stable temperature control, and resistance Good thermal shock, strong anti-pollution ability, strong surface insulation and other high-quality characteristics have attracted the attention and expectations of many domestic OLED manufacturers. The products have independent intellectual property rights and are at the leading level in the industry, breaking foreign monopoly.
