Aluminum-plastic film is a key material in the soft-pack battery manufacturing process, and it is also the only product that cannot be fully localized among all soft-pack battery materials. At present, China's domestically produced aluminum plastic film has the same overall performance as the imported aluminum plastic film, and the price is only 70% of the imported aluminum plastic film. Therefore, the use of domestic aluminum plastic film can greatly reduce the cost of soft pack batteries.

After years of technological R&D and innovation, the performance of the aluminum-plastic film products of JXMG Advanced Materials Technology Group has been comparable to that of international head manufacturers. The dry-heat composite method is an independent innovation process route of Mingguan New Materials. Its advantage is that it absorbs the advantages of the dry process while taking into account the advantages of the thermal method in terms of resistance to electrolyte and water, making the aluminum plastic film The comprehensive performance of deep drawing, appearance, electrolyte resistance and water blocking performance has been comprehensively improved.

At present, domestic aluminum-plastic film manufacturers generally have a punching hole of 6mm, while the normal production of JXMG dry heat products has a punching hole of 7mm or more. This not only ensures the smooth application of the product in the digital consumer product market, but also in pure electric vehicles. Can be used widely and safely. At the same time, JXMG adopts CPP with the same melting point as most products on the market, which makes the products have better applicability. The dry-heat composite process is selected, and the heat-sealing effect reaches the same heat-sealing performance as the thermal process.

In addition, JXMG uses multi-layer co-extrusion cast PP and special special electrolyte resistant adhesive to make it difficult for the electrolyte to penetrate the aluminum foil layer and corrode the aluminum foil, protect the integrity of the aluminum-plastic film, and have stable electrolyte resistance. Even if tested in the electrolyte immersion test for 30 days, the attenuation of the peel force is still low, and it remains above 8N/15mm without delamination. Comparing the performance of similar products at home and abroad, the performance of the aluminum-plastic film developed by JXMG is now comparable to that of imported materials.
