On October 12, China`s leading styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPES) manufacturer NBCH Advanced Materials Technology Group announced that the company plans to build a new project "600,000 tons/year full biodegradable thermoplastics industrial park PBAT/PBS/PBT Flexible production project", the project is divided into two phases, each phase is 300,000 tons/year, and the total construction period is 5 years. The total investment of the first phase is expected to be 2.5 billion yuan, and the first investment is 1 billion yuan.
NBCH was established in 2012 and is the technology leader in China's styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPES) industry. TPES is known as the "third-generation rubber" after natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has both the dual performance and broad characteristics of rubber and thermoplastics.
