Previously, 1,330 pass-through versions of the Beijing Winter Olympics torch casings have been delivered from here.
JSGL is mainly responsible for the production of carbon fiber three-dimensional braided preforms for the Olympic torch.
The outer shell of the Beijing Winter Olympics torch is a multi-curved body made of carbon fiber material. It is difficult to ensure the dimensional accuracy and production efficiency of products with traditional production processes.
JSGL adopts the company's patented technology: high-performance fiber three-dimensional automatic weaving technology for large-sized special-shaped structural parts.
Now carbon fiber is woven into the shape of the torch, then injected with high temperature resin, and then cured by RTM, polished, painted, laser engraved and other processes.
