The new product launched by China’s leading T1100 high-strength and high-modulus carbon fiber manufacturer JSZF Carbon Fiber Technology Group-ultra-high-strength carbon fiber stood out in this selection and won the 2020 CCE-JEC Innovation product.
Ultra-high-strength carbon fiber products have been projected since 2015. Based on the existing dry-jet wet spinning T800 carbon fiber technology, the focus is on fiber defect control, improved steam drafting, and solved the 100-ton production line scale-up process In the series of technical problems in China, the mechanical properties of carbon fiber have been further improved, which can meet the needs of aerospace and other fields. The launch of this product marks the development of Zhongfu Shenying's products to a higher level.
This product is an ultra-high-strength carbon fiber with independent intellectual property rights independently developed by JSZF Carbon Fiber Technology Group, with a tensile strength of 6400MPa and a tensile modulus of 294GPa. It has formed an annual output scale of 400 tons, and part of the product performance has reached or exceeded the level of similar foreign products.
