After listening to the report, the evaluation expert group conducted inquiries and discussions on relevant technical processes. The company’s technical staff gave detailed explanations on related process development issues, and data analysis on the application tracking records of TC4 titanium alloy profiles in customer projects. After a rigorous and meticulous review, the expert group believes that: SXBT has in-depth and sufficient research on TC4 titanium alloy extrusion profiles, has broken through a number of key technical problems, has mastered all the technologies of TC4 profile extrusion and part bending, and has developed profiles Meet various research indicators. The final project successfully passed the process review and acceptance, and was transferred to the production of model engineering profiles.
The successful development of this profile fills the production gap in related fields in China, making my country the third country to master the production technology of titanium alloy profiles after the United States and Russia.
