On the evening of January 13, 2021, China's precision magnesium alloy structural parts manufacturer, NJYH Light Alloy Technology Group, issued an announcement stating that the company has become Volvo's global supplier in terms of downstream applications of magnesium alloy die castings, entering Porsche, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. And other parts supplier systems, electric vehicle market companies provide products for BYD, BAIC New Energy, Geely, Tesla, Ford, etc. At the same time, the company strengthens cooperation with international lithium-ion battery manufacturers CATL and BYD.
In terms of the production capacity of magnesium alloy and primary magnesium, NJYH's magnesium alloy die casting production capacity consists of 50,000 tons of WTYH production base, 100,000 tons of AHYH production base and 30,000 tons of HZYH production base. The current total production capacity is 180,000 tons. Alloys account for more than 30% of the global market share. The CQBA production base has a new capacity of 20,000 tons of magnesium alloy and 8,000 tons of magnesium particles, which is still under construction. The primary magnesium production capacity is 100,000 tons.
