China’s mass production of graphene Organic Photovoltaics OPV production line put into operation Hay:H02SDHL

On the morning of March 31, 2018, in the new factory area of Heze Graphene High-tech Industrial Park. The first full-scale industrialized mass production of graphene organic solar optoelectronic device production line in China was put into production and a launching ceremony was held. This project mainly produces graphene organic solar cells (hereinafter referred to as "graphene OPV") that can generate electricity in low light, which has solved the three major solar power generation problems of application limitation, angle sensitivity, and difficult to shape.

Hou Jie, deputy mayor of the municipal government, pointed out in his speech that the first fully automatic industrialized mass production of graphene OPV production line in China was officially put into production in Heze High-tech Zone. This is the city's follow-up of high-quality single-layer graphene. Another major breakthrough in the field of R & D and application is a major event and a joyous event in the implementation of major projects for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in Heze City.

Yang Dongbo, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Heze High-tech Zone, Peng Deqi, director of Heze Science and Technology Bureau, Qian Dongwei, executive director of Hengli Holding Group China, and Liao Shiwen, chairman of Taiwan Weisu Technology Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony. Representatives of domestic and foreign OPV customers were invited to attend. Yang Dongbo, Qian Dongwei, Liao Shiwen and others jointly pressed the start ball, and Hengli Tianneng's first graphene OPV production line was officially put into operation.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is 870 million yuan. It is designed to produce 2 million square meters of graphene organic solar optoelectronic devices and their components annually. It will build a high-standard thousand-level dust-free production workshop of 20,000 square meters and build 2 graphene organic solar optoelectronics. Device production line and multiple application product assembly production lines, purchase 92 sets (sets) of inspection and testing, production and auxiliary equipment. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual sales income will be 800 million yuan and the profit will be 200 million yuan.

The Hengli Tianneng graphene OPV production line was successfully put into operation, breaking the bottleneck of graphene that could not be mass-produced in the past and the high price, which led to insufficient supply of raw materials, and the entire production process was environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

The new product incorporates graphene raw materials on the basis of domestic solar cells. It has a series of advantages such as ultra-light, ultra-thin, flexible, flexible, and adaptable. It can use sunlight, indoor light and all visible light to generate electricity. In view of the defects that photovoltaic products must absorb direct sunlight to generate electricity before, they can be widely used in indoor electronic products such as remote controls, laser pointers, and power banks. Compared with traditional dry cells, the company's organic photovoltaic products are both energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and are among the most advanced graphene solar power products.

Shandong Hengli Tianneng New Technology Technology Co., Ltd. put into operation the organic photovoltaic production line, which has aroused widespread concern from industry insiders at home and abroad, and highly praised the smooth launch of new products. On the day of production, eight large enterprises from the Republic of Mali, Beijing, Zhejiang and other places signed strategic cooperation agreements with Hengli Tianneng.
