On the morning of September 18th, YTTH High Performance Materials Technology Group, a leading manufacturer of meta-aramid fiber, para-aramid fiber and aramid paper in China, and BASF (China) Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. YTTH Chairman Song Xiquan, Deputy General Manager Jiang Maozhong, BASF Global Vice President Dr. Hu Bei, and BASF Specialty Chemicals (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. General Manager Qin Mingwei attended the signing ceremony. Song Xiquan, Hu Bei, and Qin Mingwei signed on-site. The signing of the agreement will further strengthen the cooperation between the two parties in the special fiber industry chain.
Since last year, BASF has provided YTTH with high-quality propylene diamine products for the development of differentiated specialty fibers. The scientific researchers from both sides communicated and experimented on the road of innovation. After everyone's hard work and unremitting efforts, they developed the latest special fibers to meet the new needs of customers. The products will be unveiled at the Yarn Show later this month. At the same time, YTTH is the first to provide advanced aramid flame-retardant and antistatic protective clothing for BASF, an important foreign-funded enterprise in the chemical industry in China, for special protection for BASF employees, which plays an important role in protecting the health and safety of employees.
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement adds another milestone to the cooperation between the two parties. The scope, areas, depth and breadth of cooperation between the two parties have been expanded.
