"High-performance microelectronic grade polyimide film material project", equipment installation and commissioning began on December 18, 2018, and commissioning of line 2 on June 18, 2019. After the feeding, the production line equipment and supporting facilities operated stably, the film formation was good, and the test run achieved the expected goals.
The company said that the initial product planning of the project is mainly applied to the field of flexible circuit board (FPC) substrate manufacturing. There are no products planned for foldable OLED screens, and no product development for foldable OLED screens has been carried out for the time being. , I have not yet mastered the relevant technology for producing products that can be applied to foldable OLED screens.
The project plans to build two domestic production lines of polyimide film, with an annual output of 180 tons of polyimide film. The project construction period is 1.5 years. After the project is completed and put into production, it can achieve an annual output of 180 tons of high-performance microelectronic grade polyimide films. The main products are 12.5μ-25μ high-end electronic substrate films, cover films, and high thermal conductivity carbon-based membrane.
