"Under a high-powered magnifying glass, it is made up of countless irregular pebbles-like ceramic particles. Between the particles, pores are formed. From the support to the surface membrane layer, the pore size becomes smaller successively, and the pore size can be adjusted from 30 to 1500 nanometers according to the filtration requirements."
The ceramic filter membrane is like an ultra-precision "sieve" that separates sewage through small holes that are invisible to the naked eye, filtering out impurities, macromolecular organics and other pollutants.
It is understood that the current SDGY ceramic filter membrane has been industrialized, with an annual output of up to 200,000 square meters, used in many large-scale water filtration projects.
Precision ceramic parts for semiconductor equipment, wear-resistant parts for papermaking, ceramic guide rails, etc. have all continued to break the monopoly of foreign technology and realize the substitution of similar products.
Among them, take the paper-making wear-resistant parts represented by the ultra-large microcrystalline alumina ceramic de-sander and ceramic dewatering elements for the paper industry as examples. The product is made of 99 alumina, zirconia ceramics and other materials, and has the advantages of high hardness, wear resistance, high surface finish, and small friction coefficient. Through the use of low-wear design technology, the ceramic components are designed to not only ensure the service life of the product, but also reduce the driving energy consumption, and ensure the high automation, high efficiency, low energy consumption and low loss of the high-speed paper production line. It won the technological monopoly of similar foreign products and won the Provincial Major Energy Conservation Achievement Award.
