The Company signed the Long term Supply Agreement and related implementation agreements with SAFRAN Group.
According to the Master Agreement, WXLD and SAFRAN signed a 10-year long-term supply framework agreement. WXLD will provide SAFRAN and its subcontractors with high-temperature alloy materials to produce corresponding aviation and aerospace core hot end components. The term of the agreement is from the signing date of the agreement to December 31, 2032.
At the same time, the Implementation Agreement shows that Safran Group's factories and/or subcontractors will directly consume at least 40% of the global market share of the Mar * * brand. The agreement period is from the signing date to December 31, 2027.
The single crystal casting superalloys (DD4, IC, etc.) and equiaxed casting superalloys (K41 *, K42 *, K447A (Mar-M247), Rene80, etc.) developed by WXLD have been used in batch for the manufacturing and research and development of hot end components of "aeroengines and gas turbines".
SAFRAN is one of the four major aeroengine groups in the world. The company was merged by SNECMA and SAGEM in 2005. Its main businesses include aviation propulsion, equipment and defense, and aircraft interior decoration. At present, more than 27800 aircraft worldwide use the company's landing gear system.
