Mei Feng, chief engineer of the JSSH Group, told reporters that the project relies on the National Science and Technology Support Program for high-comfort series polyester fiber preparation and application technology. After years of arduous research, four breakthroughs in core technologies were finally achieved, not only filling domestic The gaps in esters and composite functional fibers have also enabled China to lead the world in this field.

First, the project broke through the complete set of technologies such as PTT and modified PTT (MDPTT) polymerization, by-product treatment and recovery, independently developed a titanium-tin composite catalyst and a new type of stabilizer, and designed a five-pot kettle for esterification and low-temperature polycondensation. Process to achieve efficient energy-saving flexible copolymerization. The slow-release crystal granulation technology developed by the project can save energy by 27% to 35%. The cyclic dimer depolymerization, separation and recovery technology not only reduces material consumption, but also realizes the harmless treatment of acrolein and allyl alcohol.

Finally, the project successfully developed a set of thermal and wet comfort polyester synthesis and fiber manufacturing technology, which solved the problems of ultra-dispersion of functional powders, esterification, polycondensation rate, molecular structure and relative molecular quality control, and developed a multifunctional polymer. The key technology of continuous esterification and melt-spinning of esters produces thermo-wet comfort polyester filaments, staple fibers and fabrics with different functional combinations.

The results of this project have been successfully industrialized in JSSH Group, and the first 30,000 tons / year PTT continuous polymerization production line with independent intellectual property rights, 250,000 tons / year fully extinction multifunctional polyester polymerization and melt direct spinning production line, and 5 10,000 tons / year MPTTT / MEPET elastic controllable series multifunctional polyester fiber production line. The output and market share of the MPTTT, MEPET and its composite fibers produced by the project rank first in China. The differentiation rate of polyester fibers exceeds 80%, and the cumulative new sales revenue for the company is nearly 10 billion yuan. The products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and other countries. area.
