In August 2018, SHAN Advanced Materials Technology Group, a leading manufacturer of sound-absorbing materials in China, established a joint venture with the School of Materials, Shanghai Jiaotong University, dedicated to the research and development, production and service of special new materials.
SHAN will rely on the new material R&D center jointly established by SHAN-Shanghai Jiaotong University. The core R&D team of the company's project will be led by the former Shanghai Jiaotong University experts in related fields, and a complete sound-absorbing material product R&D, analysis and testing center and standardized production line will be established.
In 2020, the company's sound-absorbing material project has obtained weapon equipment quality management system certification, and SHAN has officially become a core supplier of sound-absorbing materials for military equipment manufacturing units and industrial fields.
