As one of the key main equipment of the nuclear island, the main pipe is a large thick walled pressure bearing pipe connecting the reactor pressure vessel, steam generator and main circulating pump, and is the "artery" of the nuclear steam supply system to output core heat energy and form a closed loop.
Through the successful development of ACP1000 main pipeline, GJZZ has obtained 8 authorized patents, formulated and released 1 national standard and 3 industrial and enterprise standards.
Through independent innovation and independent research and development, GJZZ gives full play to the advantages of full process extreme manufacturing technology, completes the development of a full range of products of China's third-generation nuclear power main pipeline with a series of core proprietary technologies, and realizes the application of domestic and international demonstration projects. In 2012, GJZZ successfully developed the world's first AP1000 main pipe which is integrally forged and integrally formed;
In 2018, the company successfully developed the "Hualong No.1" ACP1000 main pipeline with completely independent intellectual property rights in China;
In 2019, the company successfully developed "Guohe No.1" CAP1400 main pipeline;
In 2022, the integrated "Hualong No.1" main pipeline will be successfully developed to achieve full coverage of the domestic third-generation PWR nuclear power main pipeline.
