On October 26, China`s leading precision quartz products and quartz fiber manufacturer, HBFL Quartz Technology Group issued an announcement that the company`s wholly-owned subsidiary SHFL Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with the HF High-tech Service Entrepreneurship Service Center on October 26, 2020 The "Investment Cooperation Agreement on the Precision Processing Project of TFT-LCD and Semiconductor Photomask Plates" was signed.
The total investment of the project is about 300 million yuan. The project intends to take advantage of the raw material advantages of HBFL8.5 generation photomask substrate production capacity, and SHFL's domestic leading technical advantages in the deep processing of quartz glass, combined with high-tech zone customers in the TFT-LCD field Gathering advantages, fill the domestic gap in the field of precision processing of photomask plates, and enhance the independent controllability of the photomask plate industry.
