On the morning of July 31, China's SDDH high-performance alumina fiber project was put into production and the groundbreaking ceremony of the high-performance alumina fiber industrial park was held in DY Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Alumina fiber is one of the new ultra-lightweight high-temperature insulation materials in the world today, and its products are widely used in the automotive industry, aerospace, nuclear power and nuclear energy. Promoting the industrialized production of alumina fiber is of great strategic significance. The high-performance alumina fiber project has a total investment of 600 million yuan, covers an area of 95 acres, adopts the latest research results of the National Colloid Materials Engineering Technology Research Center of SD University, breaks the long-term monopoly and technical blockade of foreign companies in China’s key material fields, and fills China Technology gaps. The project mainly constructs a production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons of high-performance alumina fiber and its products and 100 tons of high-performance alumina continuous fiber series products.
The high-performance alumina fiber industrial park has a planned area of 510 acres and a total planned investment of 6 billion yuan. It will build a batch of high-quality industrial chain projects such as terminal high-temperature products, three-way catalytic pads and alumina fiber composite materials, forming a leading domestic alumina The fiber and composite material industry cluster will build a specialized industrial park with international competitiveness within 5 years, achieving an annual output value of 19-30 billion yuan.
