As the basalt fiber composite material has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, while achieving the same performance, the product can reduce weight by 50% -70% compared to traditional leaf springs, which is extremely rare in the lightweight process of other automotive components. Compared with the traditional material E-glass fiber in fiber composite leaf spring, basalt fiber material has obvious advantages in mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

 

In addition to having excellent lightweight effects, basalt fiber composite leaf springs also have the advantages of high fatigue life, large elastic stroke, good comfort, low noise, corrosion resistance, and convenient installation, which can reduce the fuel consumption of the vehicle during driving.
