From 2016 to 2019, after several years of hard work, the JSHS team and CRRC Group developed a full carbon fiber composite material suspension frame structure, and passed the relevant test evaluation and successfully delivered it. "Under the same load-bearing condition requirements, the use of composite materials can achieve the lightweight design of the structure. However, due to the complex structure of the suspension frame itself, it is composed of many modules and has 36 service conditions. As a whole, it is a very challenging task internationally to manufacture an all-composite suspension frame structure. "
