Wuxi Weifu High-Tech Group Co., Ltd. /WXWF announced on the evening of October 28 that the company intends to acquire 100% of Belgian Borit NV through its wholly-owned subsidiary Weifu Holding ApS (SPV) in Denmark (Borit NV company valuation EV 42.7 million euros). The Belgian Borit Fuel Cell Company was established in 2010 and has now developed into the world's largest independent metal bipolar plate one-stop integrated technology supplier, dedicated to solving various fuel cell application needs.
The diesel fuel injection system products produced by WXWF are widely used in diesel engines of various powers, and are used for various types of trucks, buses, construction machinery, generator sets, etc.
WXWF is a Chinese joint venture partner of Bosch diesel common rail injection system manufacturer RBCD.
