Recently, ZKSH Graphene Technology Research Institute has broken through the mass production technology of graphene, and the new production line will mass produce 8-inch graphene single crystal wafers, 4-inch germanium-based graphene wafers and other products.
In September 2009, ZKSH cooperated with China's graphene power R&D platform to jointly develop graphene wafer production technology and expand the production scale of graphene wafer and other products.
After more than 10 years of R&D, we finally mastered the controllable technology of graphene single crystal wafers, and realized small batch production of 4-8 inch single crystals.
In addition, the Shanghai Institute of Microsystems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has also achieved the first CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) preparation of semiconductor germanium-based graphene, and developed a 4-inch germanium-based graphene wafer. So far, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Microsystems has applied for more than 100 patents in the field of graphene material preparation and device applications, and authorized more than 70 patents, including 9 international patents.
