Rail transit flame retardant epoxy prepreg

LC flame retardant epoxy prepregs include glass fiber system, carbon fiber system (resin LC801) and flame retardant film (resin LC802). The resin system is modified epoxy resin, halogen-free flame retardant and latent curing. Agent combination, has excellent flame retardant properties. The composite material prepared by LC801 carbon fiber prepreg and LC801 flame retardant film has passed DIN5510-2 (2009) test (SGS test): combustion level S4, smoke level SR2, and drip level ST2.

LC801 prepreg can be used to make carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber, and aramid fiber prepreg. The composite materials produced have excellent mechanical properties. The prepreg can be formed by autoclave or molding process, and the curing temperature is 140 ~ 150 ℃.

LC802 flame retardant adhesive film has good adhesive strength. The curing temperature of the adhesive film is 120 ~ 150 ℃.

Rail transit flame retardant phenolic prepreg

LC flame retardant phenolic prepreg has glass fiber, basalt and carbon fiber systems. It uses Luchen LC806 resin system and has excellent flame retardancy. The composite material products manufactured by LC806 glass fiber prepreg passed the EN45545-2 test (SGS). Flame retardant grades are: R1, HL3 grade. Flame retardant phenolic prepreg can be formed by autoclave or molding process, and the curing temperature is 130 ~ 150 ℃.
