The Xinzhou 700 aircraft is a new turboprop regional aircraft. It is an important part of the development strategy of China's civil aircraft "two branches and two stems". It is located in the medium and short range regional transportation within 800 kilometers. At present, the Xinzhou 700 aircraft has received several orders from domestic and foreign customers. The landing gear is the only component that supports the entire aircraft, and it takes an extremely important mission during the safe take-off and landing of the aircraft. China Erzhong undertook the research and development of four key bearing member die forgings of the main landing gear system of the Xinzhou 700 aircraft. The product has a complicated shape and belongs to the most complicated die forging of S4 grade.
In recent years, ZGEZ has actively explored the international civil aircraft market, and has achieved a series of key technological breakthroughs in the field of domestic and foreign civil aircraft landing gear die forgings. It has successfully produced a series of domestic and foreign civil aircraft such as C919 aircraft, A320/321 aircraft and B787 aircraft. Passenger aircraft deliver products in batches.
