At present, the core component projects of new energy vehicles such as electric compressor scrolls with an investment budget of more than 100 million yuan in the first phase are in the stage of small batch verification.
"The electric compressor scroll is the key core component of the new energy vehicle air-conditioning system." The current project is that CQSD develops and produces new products for the world's auto parts giants-French Valeo, South Korea HANON SYSTEMS and other multinational companies. After being reviewed by the customer's PPAP, mass production is expected in the middle of next year.

Products enter the global supply chain of international giants
New energy vehicles are the outlet for the development of advanced manufacturing. However, the core links of the mid-to-high-end automotive industry chain, such as automotive thermal management systems, are controlled by multinational companies such as Denso, Sanden Bell, Valeo, Hanon, and Mahler.

CQSD received a large order from the international giant of new energy auto parts: 3.5 million sets of high-precision heat exchangers, with a total amount of nearly 200 million yuan. It is expected that samples will be taken out in November and will be mass-produced next year and enter the global market. This order is not only not small, but its greater value lies in its access to the supply chain system of Toyota and other international giants of new energy vehicles for a period of 10 years.
According to reports, Shundoli has won 23 such core component projects this year, and the future can be expected.
