The China Agricultural Science and Technology Award is a comprehensive science and technology award for the national agricultural industry approved by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology. The award is selected once every two years and is the highest scientific and technological achievement award in China's agricultural industry. It is mainly awarded to collectives and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the progress and innovation of China's agricultural science and technology.

JSSH pioneered a new theory of anti-stiffness and anti-corruption of fresh meat preservation based on "the mechanism of energy metabolism and protein post-translational modification regulating meat quality and the growth and decline of spoilage microorganisms", and developed the key to stiff and anti-corruption after livestock and poultry. Technology, established a precise quality and fresh-keeping technology system, and developed 23 kinds of fresh meat cling film materials in four series of high barrier, skin-fitting, heat shrinkage, and activity, breaking the foreign monopoly.
The shelf life of fresh meat can be as long as 120 days, which is 23 times longer than that of pallet packaging, resulting in significant economic and ecological benefits.
