NJXH COMPOSITES Technology Group is a modern science and technology oriented company gradually growing up along with the development of China's own nuclear power industry, being mainly engaged in the R&D,manufacturing of high-performance composites and supporting products for the nuclear power construction projects.
The main products are GRP/GRV Piping Systems, GRE Piping Systems, FRP equipment containers, towers, flues, chimneys, FRP pultrusion profiles and carbon fiber series and other high-performance fiber composites, being widely used in electricity, environmental protection, municipal construction , petrochemical, metallurgy and mining, food and brewing industries, desulfurization and denitrification, air purification and water treatment, desalination, marine vessels and other areas.
It can provide DN15-DN5000mm series high/medium/low pressure GRP/GRV/GRE Piping and FRP equipment containers of 5,000 cubic meters or with a volume of less than DN25000mm, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of composite products which have been exported to the EU, USA, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.
The company has also established long-term mutual cooperative relationships with East China University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Hohai University, Nanjing Tech University, China National Fiberglass Product Quality Supervision & Testing Center (NGF ) and other research institutes. It has a total of 10 (sets) of advanced multi-dimensional microcomputer controlled FRP pipes, pipes and vessels production lines of various specifications, and adopts advanced products and structural design software such as finite element ANSYS, Caesar II for stress calculations, Auto Pipe for pipeline design, AFT Impulse for water hammer analysis and the like, more than 200 employees, including 46 professional and technical staff, more than 18 technical personnel holding at least intermediate professional titles, who have the qualification for composite development and production, technical consulting, engineering, construction, e tc., and have a number of invention patents and proprietary research results.
