Since 2009, It has cooperated with the internationally renowned superconducting magnet manufacturer Japan Superconducting Technology Co., Ltd. (JASTEC) to break through and form a completely independent intellectual property right Ф300mm MCZ super through the introduction of digestion and absorption and innovation.

In 2010, XAJN dispatched a technical team of 20 people to the JASTEC production line in Japan to manufacture a super 300mm MCZ monocrystalline silicon manufacturing superconducting magnet. The magnet has been supplied to the world's largest single crystal silicon manufacturer-Shin-Etsu Chemical Co. , Ltd. And applied to the manufacture of Ф300mm monocrystalline silicon.
In 2013, the company began an in-depth cooperation with the Lanzhou Institute of Modern Physics to develop and manufacture superconducting magnets for accelerators.
In 2015, it successfully produced 81 9T superconducting magnets for the US FRIB project.
At present, the company has more than 80 professional R & D personnel such as doctors and masters. The professional direction involves physics, electronics, machinery, low temperature, superconductivity, vacuum, etc., forming a professional R&D team for superconducting magnet technology.
A total of 21 sets of main equipment related to magnet production have been put into production. At present, a complete production line for magnet production has been formed, which can produce various types of large superconducting magnets with a diameter of up to 2 m.
It is currently the largest magnet production equipment in China.
