Master Superalloys
Master superalloys are mainly used to manufacture heat-resistant parts for aircraft engines, gas turbines and automotive turbochargers. It can withstand high temperature, oxidizing atmosphere, gas corrosion and heavy stress for a long time, which benefits from excellent thermal stability, creep strength, long-term micro-structural stability, etc.
Our products are mainly divided three kinds of the master alloys for Equiaxed, Directional and Single Crystal Grain. The diameter of bar ranges from 40 to 175mm, and the length from 800 to 1200mm. Based on our ability of technology and development, experience of trial production and capacity of mass production, the satisfactory customized services could be provided.
Precision Alloys
Precision alloys are metal materials with special physical properties (such as magnetism, electricity, expansion, resistivity, etc.). Precision alloys play an indispensable role and can be used in industry such as electronic and electrical, consumer electronics, precision instruments, communication, sealing, sensor, aviation, energy power and others.
Typical products include soft magnetic alloys (1J21, 1J22, 1J27, 1J50, 1J79, 1J85), half-soft magnetic alloys (2J4, 2J85), elastic alloys (3J21, 3J33, 3J53), expansion alloys (4J29, 4J36, 4J42, 4J50), electric-resistance alloys (6J22, 6J23) etc.
The product form include strip, plate, bar, wire, ring, etc. The minimum thickness of strip is 0.005mm, the maximum width is 450mm, and the tolerance can reach ±0.5μm.
Special Alloy Strip
The special alloy strips include corrosion-resistant alloys, clad-welding alloys, wrought superalloys, titanium alloys etc.. The fields of application comprise engines and hot-end components of IGT, energy and chemical, rail transit, etc.

Precision Strip for Electronics
Precision Strips for Electronics mainly refers to stainless steel strip, which apply as various component or parts in consumer electronics, such as SUS304, SUS301, SUS316L. Special physical properties are usually required for these strips, including mechanical properties, thickness tolerance, flatness, finish , roughness, cleanliness, bending, etc. Typical applications: touch switch, backlight plate, connector, power battery plate, etc.

Amorphous Ribbons and Components
Amorphous alloy is a new type of energy saving material produced by rapid solidification technology, being cooled from molten alloy at a rate of nearly million degrees per second. It has high permeability and low core loss because of the unique long-range disordered atomic structure, which is completely different from that of crystals. Amorphous alloy is widely used in the fields of distribution transformers, inductors, motor stators and sensors, taking the advantage of significantly improving device efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
Nanocrystalline Ribbons
Nanocrystalline Ribbons is an iron-based soft magnetic alloy materials with nanocrystalline structures (grain size ~10nm). With excellent soft-magnetic properties such as high saturation flux density (Bs), high permeability, and low core loss, it is widely used in electrical power, industrial power supply, renewable energy, railway & transportation, consumer electronics, wireless charging, etc.
Nanocrystalline Ribbons products are available as high precision iron-based nanocrystalline ribbon in thickness from 14 μm to 26 μm and widths from 2 mm to 80 mm, which can be made into various magnetic components including cores, devices, shielding sheets, etc. They can meet the performances of high frequency and low core loss simultaneously, and facilitate the development of electronic equipment towards the trend of high frequency, miniaturization, and lightweight.
Nanocrystalline Cores
Nanocrystalline cores can be classified as Common Mode Choke Cores (CMC), High Frequency Power Transformer Cores (HFPT) and Current Transformer Cores (CT) based on different uses and performances.
According to the magnetic properties of cores, selecting suitable compositions, the nanocrystalline ribbon is wound into cores of various shapes and sizes, such as toroidal, rectangular, C-shape or E-shape, etc. After specific heat treatment process, cores with required magnetic properties will be produced and encapsulated in accordance with customers' requirements.
Nanocrystalline Components
Dedicated to developing ultra-thin ribbons with various magnetic properties, BJAT promotes the development of electronic equipment towards the direction of high frequency and miniaturization.
The common mode chokes (CMC) based on ultra-thin ribbon offer high impedance in compact designs for a wide range of EMI requirements.

Magnetic Shielding Sheets
BJAT`s magnetic shielding sheets are classified as amorphous shielding sheets and nanocrystalline shielding sheets according to different kinds of soft magnetic materials. The magnetic shielding sheets made of single-layer or multi-layer high-quality amorphous or nanocrystalline ribbon offer high permeability and low core losses. It can effectively reduce the EMI of magnetic field to the surroundings. It is widely used in aerospace, automotive, communications and other electronic equipment as EMI resistance, electromagnetic screen and wireless charging.
