JSFH is a painting material supplier that has long been engaged in the research and development, production and sales of professional painting material products. From 2017 to the first half of 2020, the company's top five customers are all foreign customers.
The proposed public offering of no more than 17 million shares will raise funds of 434 million yuan, which will be used for new production base projects, characteristic canvas and smart frame production center construction projects, and to supplement working capital.
JSFH already has a rich product category including picture frames, paints, drawing boards, etc., forming a brand coverage for different segment needs, and has mastered advanced production including canvas coating core technology, pigment core formulas and processes, etc. The craftsmanship has built up the technical and brand advantages of the painting material market, and has formed a good reputation and brand effect among many customers, artists and art creation groups.
