High purity germanium material

Relying on its rich reserves of germanium metal resources, YNZY continues to break through the key technologies of the germanium material industry, and has built a high-purity germanium material production base centered on zone-melted germanium ingots, germanium dioxide, and fiber-grade germanium tetrachloride. Application areas cover industries such as infrared optics, solar cells, optical fiber communications, semiconductor special gas, and PET catalysts.

Germanium substrate for solar cell

YNZY is an enterprise that produces germanium substrates for 4-6 inches VGF "zero dislocation" solar cells. Products are widely used in space satellite solar cells, high-altitude reconnaissance drones, ground high-power concentrating solar power stations (CPV average photoelectric conversion efficiency is twice that of crystalline silicon solar power stations), and ultra-high-brightness automotive LED substrates. The company has successfully developed an 8-inch solar germanium substrate with international leading level, which has laid a solid foundation for future market expansion.
