JSHL Precision Forging Technology Group was founded in 1990.
After more than 30 years of development and innovation accumulation, JSHL has became a manufacturer specialised in Rectangular, Special-shaped and Open-die ring forgings. It is able to forge more than 100 typs of steel materials. Products specification range is from Φ500 to Φ10000 mm, maximum weight 50 tons and maximum height 1600 mm. JSHL has built a 9 metre ring rolling production line, which is the largest ring rolling procuction line so far in China and has achieved the technical and equipment promotion in super large ring rolling. It also owns a 2m, a 3m and a 5m ring rolling production lines.
JSHL has always keeping science and technology innovation as the core of enterprise development. On the basis of independent development in "Large (specifications), Special (Materials), Different (special-shaped spherical), High (high-tech)" series of products, reinforce communication and establish industry-university-research with Wuhan University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing University of Technology and other well-known colleges and universities in China. The National 863 Project-"Ring parts precision rolling key technology and equipment" which cooperated with Wuhan University of Technology has won the second prize in National Prize for Progress in Scientific and Technological. Provincial Science and Technology Support Project-"The key technology research of super large complex ring near net shape rolling" has successfully qualified in provincial review. JSHL was approved to establish "Provincial Engineering Eechnology Research Centre", it has 41 specialised technicians a nd owns 6 patents for invention and 13 patents for utility models.
JSHL's equipment and inspection ability fully meet accuracy grade and quality requirements of the product manufacturing. Its Φ 9000 CNC ring rolling machine is the largest CNC diameter axial ring rolling machine in China, 6000 tons oil hydraulic press, 9 meters table model thermal treatment furnace and CNC metal processing production line are further enhanced the subsequent finishing ability in super large ring forgings. Furthermore, JSHL established a testing center according to the national laboratory standards. It equipped with High-temperature creep durable tester, Low-temperature impact tester, full digital intelligent ultrasonic flaw detector, German Carl Zeiss research level microscope and other advanced facilities, which guarantees the specification of all delivery products and trial-produce required, no matter in domestic and overseas standards.
