It mainly produce high precision Hydraulic Cylinders for the Trucks, Coal Mining Industry, Metal Forming Industry Ship Industry, Oil Rigs and Ocean Engineering. Also we can design and manufacture various special purpose hydraulic cylinders according to customer design and requirements as agriculture industry, 6 DOF platform, machine tools, etc.
Our annual capacity is 200,000 pcs of cylinders which makes our company an important production base for Hydraulic Cylinders in China.
SDWT has mastered core production technology such as cold drawing process technology, sealing structure optimization technology, piston rod heat treatment and surface treatment technology, mirror polishing roughness control technology, accumulator double gas chamber technology and other core production technology, and proceeded from the actual needs of customers, constantly Innovate, gradually locate the mid-to-high-end market, and provide high-quality products for customers in the automotive, coal, petroleum, construction machinery, and military industries with high-quality services.
The factory complex covers floor area of 280,000 square meters, and has more than 800 employees. We have solid and advanced production equipment including cold drawing, heat treatment, and surface treatment, hard-chroming with electro-plating, testing machines and various CNC machines , makes total of 700 sets of machines.
Since our total production going through in same factory premises which guarantees best quality and short lead time. All the products have passed validation of ISO/TS16949, CCRI, CCS, and DNV AND ABS, API, etc.
