The product requires a total of more than 30 technical indicators, which is extremely difficult. The trial-produced coils and steel pipes have been certified by a third-party authority. The physical and chemical properties and girth welding properties all meet the requirements of relevant standards, reaching the world's leading level, which demonstrates AGJT Strength in the field of pipeline steel R&D and production.
The "China-Russia East Route Natural Gas Pipeline Project" supplied by AGJT for medium and heavy plate products is a major pipeline transportation project jointly constructed by China and Russia. The transmission medium is natural gas, the pipe diameter is 1422/1219mm, the transmission pressure is 12MPa, and the maximum wall thickness is 21.4/ 22mm, the length of China's domestic section is about 3,400 kilometers. It is China's current long-distance pipeline with the largest diameter, the highest pressure, and the largest single-tube gas transmission volume in the world. The 22mm extra-thick X80M large-volume pipeline coil successfully developed by AGJT provides a strong guarantee for China's pipeline construction.
According to reports, for the trial production of high-quality, extra-thick and large-volume pipeline coils, the project team worked together with the R&D department, the production plant, and the inspection department to complete the product design-product trial production-inspection within one week, and the physical and chemical products within one month. Performance inspection certification and girth welding certification, the successful trial production of this product has also expanded the limit specifications of AGJT pipeline steel coils.
