Basic information of the project
The high-efficiency LED chip expansion and upgrade project is located in the existing plant of SZJC Optoelectronics Technology in Jiangsu Economic and Technological Development Zone. After the construction is completed, the project will be used to develop and manufacture high-end LED chip products including Mini/Micro LED, automotive lighting, high-power LED, etc., and form a production capacity of 9.5 million blue and green LED chips per year. Blue and green LED chips are 8.28 million pieces/year, and mini LED chips are 1.2 million pieces/year.
