Compared with traditional aluminum and titanium alloys, aluminum-based composite materials have the advantages of low expansion, high thermal conductivity, high elastic modulus and good dimensional stability, which can better meet the high precision and high reliability requirements of laser systems and other structural parts ; Compared with tungsten copper and molybdenum copper heat dissipation materials, the low density of aluminum-based composite materials can reduce the weight of the power module heat dissipation carrier by more than 70%. The above-mentioned aluminum-based composite materials have played an important role in the accuracy of laser communication and the lightweight design of satellites.

The long-life tubular armored heater developed by the ZKJS material friction and wear and aerospace thermal control service research group has been successfully applied to the Beidou MEO satellite single-component hydrazine thruster. It has centralized heating, low power density, high thermal efficiency and high temperature insulation The advantages of good performance and long service life play a key role in ensuring the long-life, safe and reliable operation of the thruster.
