On July 20th, Chinese optical fiber preform and optical fiber manufacturer TJFT Quartz Technology Group, the company will invest no more than 680 million yuan, of which 250 million yuan will be used for the intelligent manufacturing of quartz products for semiconductor manufacturing projects, and 275 million yuan will be used for ultra-pure synthesis Quartz material construction project.
Among them, the intelligent manufacturing project of quartz products for semiconductor manufacturing is implemented by JZ Technology, a subsidiary of TJFT. It uses high-performance quartz materials as raw materials and prepares quartz products through multiple processing procedures. The main market is the semiconductor industry.
After the project is completed, the production capacity of quartz products for semiconductor manufacturing will be 200,000 pieces per year.
The ultra-pure synthetic quartz material construction project is implemented by SDFT Optical Guide Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TJFT holding company. It is planned to invest 298 million yuan to construct an ultra-pure synthetic quartz material production line.
After the project is completed, it will achieve a production capacity of 400 tons of ultra-pure synthetic quartz materials per year. The ultra-pure synthetic quartz materials produced will face multiple markets such as supporting materials for quartz devices for semiconductor manufacturing, materials for special optical fibers, materials for large-scale high-performance optics, and materials for special electric light sources.
