On the morning of September 28 this year, the CZQB Photovoltaic Glass Project was formally ignited and put into operation in Ziwu Industrial Park. The CZQB Photovoltaic Photovoltaic Glass Project is one of the “Five 100” key projects in Hunan Province. It is a photovoltaic photovoltaic material project invested by Zhuzhou Qibin Group Co., Ltd. based on the advantage of silica mineral resources in Zixing City. The total investment of the project is 2 billion yuan, and the first-stage land use scale is about 330 acres. Construction was officially started in November 2017. The construction scale is a 1000t / d one-kiln two-line photovoltaic photovoltaic material substrate production line. The products are mainly ultra-white glass for solar industry, photothermal mirror glass, photovoltaic double-glass module substrate, thin-film solar photovoltaic module substrate, photovoltaic material substrate, electronic product display screen and panel. The project adopts the domestic leading photovoltaic photovoltaic material substrate production process. More than 80% of the electricity used for production is supplied by the waste heat power generation system, and the standards for energy saving and emission reduction reach the domestic leading level. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan, an annual tax of more than 100 million yuan, and solve employment of more than 800 people.
