The company's asset purchase plan disclosed on February 18, 2017 showed that the issue of shares purchased 71.40% of Veken Battery held by Veken Holdings, Yang Longyong and Yaobao Investment. According to the performance commitment, the net profit attributable to the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses in 2017, 2018 and 2019 will not be less than 50 million yuan, 70 million yuan and 90 million yuan, respectively.
