The announcement shows that Wuhan University of Technology is the first batch of national key universities directly listed by the Ministry of Education and the first batch of universities listed in the National “Double First-Class Plan”. The two parties cooperated to build the Advanced Technology Research Institute (tentatively named "Wuhan Institute of Technology Xiongtao Advanced Technology Research Institute", hereinafter referred to as "Research Institute"). Both parties agree: during the validity of the agreement, based on the actual cooperation between the two parties, Xiongtao will provide Wuhan University of Technology with scientific research funding of at least RMB 10 million in the form of project cooperation. The development situation, the progress and effects of the R & D project and other factors will be determined by the two parties through consultation. 4. Wuhan University of Technology provides high-level talent support for the development of Xiongtao Shares. Wuhan University of Technology has set up a postdoctoral workstation for Xiongtao Co., Ltd. The postdoctoral workstation is located in Xiongtao Co., Ltd.'s industrial base in Wuhan, and allows Xiongtao Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Office to be listed. Wuhan University of Technology recommends at least 100 doctoral, master, undergraduate and other talents to Xiongtao for work and internship at Xiongtao through different platforms such as postdoctoral workstations. 5. The two sides jointly build a new material and new energy automobile university student entrepreneurial park, and gradually build a batch of new materials and new energy automobiles emerging industries.
6. Wuhan Polytechnic University will train about 500 related management and technical backbones for Xiongtao Industrial Base in the next 5-10 years according to the demand of Xiongtao Stock.
