China`s silicon carbide semiconductor material leading manufacturer: ZKGY Semiconductor Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has recently signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Shanghai Municipal Government to establish its R & D and production headquarters in Shanghai. It is planned to build ZKGY into high-tech enterprise group focus on silicon carbide as a representative of semiconductor materials, the third-generation semiconductor materials and their application technologies and products.
