930MPa high-strength galvanized strap steel is a high-end product in its class, and there are only a handful of domestic manufacturers with supply capacity. Under the existing production conditions, how to break through the bottleneck of the equipment to achieve the research and development goal has become a problem that the research and development team of the carbon steel sheet factory focuses on solving.
The carbon steel sheet plant has steadily pushed forward the research and development of new products while strictly implementing various tasks for epidemic prevention and control. Engineers at the plant's 930 MPa galvanized strapping steel research and development team repeatedly studied and designed smelting, rolling, and coating test schemes, began trial production, and successively completed smelting, hot rolling process tests, cold rolling process tests, and galvanizing process tests.
Recently, 36 tons of 930MPa galvanized strap steel qualified products were successfully rolled off the line, which solved the problem of sample trials urgently needed by market users. The plant will continue to conduct in-depth research based on the results of this test to stabilize the quality of 930MPa high-strength galvanized strap steel, to further achieve mass production and promote market development.
