Chinese technology company plans to invest $ 25 million in Israeli ceramics and Nano Partical Jetting NPJ nanojet 3D printed metal additive equipment manufacturer Xjet

Prof. Dan Shechtman, Chief Scientific Advisor and CEO of Israel Xjet Corporation, Mr. Hanan Gothait and his party visited Shenzhen Huicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huicheng Technology", stock code: 002168). Mr. Wang Chaoyong, the actual controller of Huicheng Technology and the chairman of Xinli Capital Group, and Mr. Xu Haixiao, the chairman of Huicheng Technology, together with Director Li Meng of Shenzhen Pingshan District Government Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and other parties received Xjet and his party. The future development prospects of 3D printing technology and Xjet's main business and nano metal particle spraying related technology research and development laboratory landed in Shenzhen Pingshan Huicheng Technology Industrial Park for in-depth discussions.

Huicheng Technology disclosed on the evening of September 11, 2019 that the company and Xjet Co., Ltd. recently signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum. The two parties intend to discuss the participation of Huicheng Technology in this round of financing of Xjet Co., Ltd. and the main business of Xjet Co., Ltd. Cooperation on industrialization in China and the establishment of a laboratory for research and development of nano metal particle spraying technology in China by Nobel Prize winner Dan Shechtman.

According to information, Xjet Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. It is an Israeli company that provides new ceramic technology and metal additive manufacturing equipment. Its scientific advisory board is led by Dan Shechtman. Xjet Co., Ltd. applies the new nano metal particle jetting technology Nano Partical Jetting (NPJ), which can safely and quickly print metal and ceramic parts, achieve high accuracy, and omit costly subsequent processing steps from the process.

According to reports, the company's ceramic 3D printing technology can make product details, accuracy and surface smoothness reach a higher standard. At present, it has more than 80 patents, and its latest products can be applied to 5G antenna communication and satellite communication , Radar system and high-precision medical products. At present, Xjet Co., Ltd. has sold 13 3D printing equipment worldwide.

According to the memorandum, Huicheng Technology intends to participate in the Series D financing of Xjet Co., Ltd., with an investment of US $ 25 million. At the same time, it intends to add an additional 20 million US dollars or more to meet the industrialization needs of Xjet Co., Ltd. in China, including building a manufacturing base to help Xjet Co., Ltd.'s main business land in Huicheng Technology.

After the investment, when Huicheng Technology meets all the necessary production capacity in terms of manufacturing capacity, delivery time, price, quality, etc., Xjet Co., Ltd. can use Huicheng Technology as its preferred manufacturer of printer parts in China. At the same time, consider setting up a global research and development laboratory with Dan Shechtman at Huicheng Technology's factory in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, which will focus on the development of advanced applications using Xjet NPJ technology. Huicheng Technology is responsible for helping Dan Shechtman obtain policy support from Shenzhen Pingshan District Government, including but not limited to 100 million yuan in five years.

Huicheng Technology said that the two parties intend to reach an in-depth strategic cooperation in the field of new materials and high-end intelligent manufacturing, so that the company will further strategically transform into the field of high-end intelligent manufacturing.

Shenzhen Huicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., established in 1999, was listed on the SME Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007, stock code: 002168. After nearly 20 years of development, the company has formed a dual-main business operation with two major business segments, high-end intelligent manufacturing and integrated Internet services, and a two-wheeled performance-driven development trend.

"High-end intelligent manufacturing" strategic layout next city

Huicheng Technology's strategic cooperation with Xjet company marks the company's entry into the field of 3D printing technology, expanding its business in high-tech directions such as metal and ceramic additive manufacturing equipment manufacturing, sales and service, and will participate in the 3D printing industry Up and down the chain, helping the company's "high-end intelligent manufacturing" business continue to move to a higher level.

This strategic cooperation comes at a time when the State Council supports the construction of Shenzhen as a leading socialist demonstration zone with Chinese characteristics, and is highly in line with the national strategy of "Made in China 2025" and Shenzhen's "Innovation-Driven Development Strategy". Improve quality and efficiency.

In 2017, XJET announced the release of a new type of nanoparticle jet 3D printer, which can be used for both metal and ceramic! However, compared to Hewlett-Packard, the $ 100 million R & D XJet still does not appear in the public eye.

XJet has invested heavily in the research and development of its NanoParticle Jetting (NPJ). It took more than 10 years and more than 100 million US dollars to bring together more than 100 employees (mainly R & D engineers) to create 80 original XJet patents.

"NanoParticle Jetting can deposit 222 million drops per second, which is unique in three aspects: part performance, safety and simple operation, and new geometric standards."

XJet CEO and founder Hanan Gothait said: XJet is ready to welcome the world. "We spent years in the lab, and now it's time, the product is ready," Gothait. And the ability of XJet ceramics and metals has attracted great attention from the industry.

"We put a lot of emphasis on quality, not a lot of printers; its quality and support. We want to learn from our customers-we always learn and improve, which is a continuous loop process. We listen and really improve everything, printers, materials , Process, safety, and then provide or improve solutions. We invest a lot of money in our professional team to improve, "Gothait continues."

Details of the XJet print show that NPJ reduces the need for post-processing. Gothait noted that NPJ's capabilities distinguish XJet from more common metal 3D printing technologies including lasers, powder beds, and adhesive spraying. Gothait noted that Syqe Medical has created end-use parts for its unique medical devices, and AB Universal (ABU) in Russia is also a "very good partner" to create implants and other medical applications.
