On December 25, 2017, BJBM Titanium Alloy Technology Group successfully developed and delivered to customers a super large titanium alloy casting with a mass of 820 kg, creating a new record for the heaviest titanium alloy casting in China.
BJBM now has the ability to undertake the manufacture of super-large and super-heavy titanium alloy castings. The titanium alloy castings delivered this time are chemical pump valve castings, with an outer outline size of φ1 030 mm×1 005 mm and a maximum wall thickness of 150 mm.
