The company was restructured and established for the Institute of Explosive Welding of China Nonferrous Metals Research Institute. Since 2008, it has been used in all 15 nuclear power projects under construction in China (Hongyanhe, Ningde, Fuqing, Fangchenggang, Fangjiashan, Yangjiang, Changjiang, Zhangzhou, Tianwan, Xiapu) and 1 foreign nuclear power project.
